Our client, a Singaporean/British couple, wanted to design their villa bungalow at Ledang Heights, in Johor Bahru, Malaysia with three sections with a pool in the middle. They wanted a main building with a wet and dry kitchen, an island that serves as a bar, a living area and dining room for 10, and three bedrooms for two kids and a guest room. They also wanted another section with an office space with an attached bathroom and a master bedroom with a huge bathroom and sliding doors right to the pool.

The Challenge. Designing a luxury villa bungalow with these features is not an easy task. It requires a lot of planning, design, and construction work. It also involves choosing the right materials, furniture, and accessories that can create a classy and cozy atmosphere.
